Star Sports have nailed it with their ‘Mauka Mauka’ advertisements in this World Cup. First, they took a dig at Pakistan cricket fans who were unable to celebrate a victory against India in the World Cup since 1992.
Then, taking the a step further, they brought the concept to India-South Africa, with Indian fans on the receiving end this time around.
If you haven’t seen the new advert, it focuses on India’s winless record against the Proteas at the world event, having lost all 3 matches against the Rainbow nation so far.
Then came the response from Indian side which include spoof by Virat Kohli and an advert which shows South Africa that India is the team which has won the world cup in 2011 but they have not done so. These funny Mauka ads are doing extremy good to add more fun to this cricket world cup 2015.
