This is what happens when a fake restaurant review leads to a real restaurant, and the situation gets made into a “mockumentary” featuring a celebrity chef.

A few months ago, popular restaurant review site The Infatuation wrote a very funny review of a New York restaurant that, well, doesn’t exist.

Within a few hours of posting the review, “Underfinger” was the talk of the town. So, they took the next (and only) logical step, and partnered with chef Justin Warner (Food Network, Do or Dine) and made the restaurant real for one night in June.

Tickets were sold, and real paying customers showed up to eat the food of “Chef Jesper Paulsen,” who is absolutely not a real chef. All of it was captured on video.
