People running mad for 3 and 4 BHKs and this guy has done an amazing job in just 24 square meter of space. This kind of accommodation would absolutely do for someone new in town, looking for a proper place to stay. The architects have done a marvellous job of space saving in a very innovative manner, I salute them!
