HALLOWEEN is about to come & everyone is exited about this crazy festival.In other words, as we get older, we get more, well, daring with our costumes. Come Halloween, some of us seem to be inspired by that quote from Mean Girls — "In girl world, Halloween is the one night a year when a girl can dress like a total slut and no other girls can say anything about it" — even if that doesn't sound so rational.
