Dubai has been more famous because of its popularity with footballers, influencers and A-listers. And you can’t talk about Dubai without mentioning the Burj Khalifa, the tallest skyscraper on the planet. Dubai is one of those places you visit once and keep going back for more.
Bali
Bali has long been known for being the typical tranquil retreat. However, over the last eighteen months or so, it’s also, like Dubai, become a hot sport for influencers and the like wanting to escape the busy city life. Bali is an exotic destination and more akin to what you think of when you talk about luxury because of its pristine beaches and those famous temples. Seminyak has luxury on tap and is popular with many, but if you want to take things to the next level, Jimbaran Bay, aka The Beverley Hills of Bali, is the place to be.
Seychelles
We’re going to wrap up our list with an all-time classic when it comes to luxurious destinations. For decades, if you mention the Seychelles to anyone, they will think you’re doing well. And, they’d be right. The Seychelles, which is off the coast of Tanzania, remains popular with anyone who wants, or who can afford to, live the high life. So why the Seychelles? Well, how many other places can claim to have a famous beach that Tom Hanks appeared on during the hit film Castaway? And, let’s not forget the Michelin-starred eateries and villas that come with personal butlers who are on hand 24 hours a day.
