All of the 411 students who appeared for the placements got placed 488 offers and got set within three days of meetings. While at IIM Rohtak, 236 students took part in the last year’s placement drive, and all were placed.
Consulting companies were the top recruiters at IIM Bangalore 2020 placement drive accounting for 147 placement offers. Accenture made a total of 26 offers, while Boston Consulting made 23 offers. An Average CTC offered was about 24.54 LPA.
While IIM Rohtak witnessed IT (32%) and BFSI (18%) sectors making most of the offers. Consulting companies were the 3rd highest recruiters accounting for 16% of placements. The average CTC offered at this college in 2020 was 13.74 LPA, which increased from the previous year’s numbers. On the other hand, the highest CTC offered was 24 Lakhs, PA.
IIM Rohtak Placement Trends over the last 3 years
IIM Rohtak witnessed remarkable placements for the year 2019 for its PG course. The college is able to sustain its 100% placement record despite its increase in the batch size to 252 which is the largest ever till date. The highest domestic CTC stood at 24.12 LPA while the average was 11.85 LPA. Top recruiters include Capgemini, EY, Deloitte, KPMG, Cognizant, Dabur, Accenture, Amul, ICICI Bank, Infosys, Yes Bank, Axtria and HDFC Bank to name a few.

On the other hand, at IIM Bangalore, too witnessed an average CTC of 24.54 LPA, which is an increase from 2018 numbers, i.e. 22.76 LPA. Infact, The Management Consulting comprises around 37% of total placement at IIM Banglore. The Boston Consulting Group offered the highest number of packages during IIM Bangalore final placements 2020 followed by Bain & Company and Accenture Strategy. IIM Rohtak Scholarships
The FPM students are given a fellowship of INR 30,000/- for the first two years and 35,000 INR for the remaining 2 years. The scholarship is available to aspiring students who have taken part in national or international level sports.
